Lemony Asparagus and Goat Cheese Pasta

I saw this recipe idea on Smitten Kitchen, and i just had to try it. I mean, how delicious does that sound? It was very easy, therefore I recommend everyone try it. Here’s the link to the recipe. The only change i made was to use dried tarragon instead of fresh (i’m not even sure if i’ve ever even seen fresh tarragon, let alone had it in the kitchen). I probably used about a half a tsp of dried.

Here it is after mixing in the goat cheese:

And then here’s one last picture before I devoured it….

Let me know if you give it a try!

You just cook the pasta, throw the asparagus in the last few minutes that the pasta is cooking, and then mix everything together. the cheese melts as you mix and makes a really lovely creamy “sauce”. Try it!
