Thai-Orange Cabbage and Tofu Salad

Okay, I don’t remember what the recipe was called, but it was something like that. This looked so unusual and flavorful that i had to give it a try. You cook the tofu first getting it nice and browned on the outside, and then you shred the cabbage and cut up all the veggies and mix it together with the cooked tofu. Then you make the vinaigrette and pour it all on top.  It was good, but definitely had a strong flavor. I may have gone overboard on the ginger…..

It’s just so pretty though!
