So I just stumbled upon this recipe today and I had to give it a try ASAP. I’m always looking for easy ways to get more fruits and veggies into my diet and this was super simple. And believe it or not, even though it’s “green” it doesn’t taste “green”. It tastes mostly like banana – which is A-okay in my book. Here’s the recipe…..
- 1 big banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- two-ish handfuls of spinach
- ice (if desired)
Add enough water to blend and enjoy, that’s it! You can switch up the frozen fruit based on what you prefer and what’s available.

P.S. for anyone on weight watchers out there this smoothie has 0 points!
