Hey. So I just tried out this trick I learned from one of the girls in the SDA on a pan of brownies. U take a family size box of brownie mix, and mix it with half a cup of low fat plain yogurt, two egg whites, and a tsp of vanilla. Then u spread it in a nine by thirteen pan and bake it for about twenty three minutes at 350. It cuts like 75% of the fat out and pretty much all the cholesterol, not to mention a nice sized chunk of the calories. And they taste great. I bet if u didn’t tell anyone that they were healthier, no one would ever know.
