Lentil Tacos

So, this may sound gross to some of you, but give it a try. I promise, it was actually delicious.  Lentils are super good for you. They’re high in protein and fiber, and make a great staple in any vegetarian diet. For anyone looking to eat less meat (especially beef) for health reasons (or just to be more environmentally conscious), please give these a chance, they were soooo good.  Here’s the link to the recipe:
